Privacy policy
Nudge automates replies to comments on Instagram professional accounts. This page explains what we collect and why. Replace the contact address below with your own before publishing.
What we collect
- Your account: your Instagram account ID, username, name and profile picture, and an access token Instagram gives us when you sign in. The token is stored encrypted.
- Your settings: the keywords, messages, replies and links you configure.
- Comment activity: for comments on your posts we store the comment ID and text, the commenter's username and Instagram-scoped ID, and whether each message was sent. We keep this to avoid messaging anyone twice and to show you the Activity log.
How we use it
Only to run the automations you set up: reading your posts and comments, sending the private replies and messages you configured, and replying under comments. We don't sell data, show ads, or share it with anyone except the infrastructure providers that host the service.
Deleting your data
Removing Nudge from your Instagram account (Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites) deletes your account, settings and activity from Nudge automatically. See Delete your data for details.
